CHOCOLATE 50% FOR BAKING

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass *, cocoa butter *,  fat reduced cocoa powder *, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower); natural vanilla flavouring. May also contain traces of soya, milk, nuts and peanuts. Chocolate contains: cocoa solids: 50% minimum.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORAGE

Store in a dry and cool place (15 – 20 ° C), away from heat, direct sunlight and unpleasant odors. Room temperature should not exceed 25 ° C. Once the packaging has been opened, close it tightly after each use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Chocolate drops are suitable for baking cookies, muffins or biscuits. They can be mixed into the dough or sprinkled over the top. During baking, the drops retain their shape and do not melt. Tempering is not required.
