MILK CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter *,  skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass *, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower); natural vanilla flavouring. For allergens please see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of soya, nuts and peanuts. Milk chocolate contains: cocoa solids: 35% minimum.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORAGE:

Store in a dry and cool place (15 – 20 ° C), away from heat, direct sunlight and unpleasant odors. Room temperature should not exceed 25 ° C. Once the packaging has been opened, close it tightly after each use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Tempering of the chocolate: Melt the chocolate to 45 ° C, cool the chocolate to 28 ° C and then heat to 32 ° C. You can use it for wrapping or casting in models.
  2. To prepare creams, pastries, mousses, ganaches, ice creams and other desserts, you can use only melted chocolate, which should be mix homogeneously into the remaining mass.
  3. Chocolate drops can be used for decoration, but they are also delicious if you eat them just like that.
